This page is maintained by MyTaxID and explains how we handle the information you enter when you generate a tax identification verification slip.
We collect only what is needed to produce your slip: your name or organisation name, date of birth or registration number, registered address where applicable, your 13 digit Tax Identification Number, and your email address for the payment receipt.
Payments are processed by Paystack. Card details are entered on the Paystack checkout and are never seen or stored by MyTaxID. We store only the payment reference so that a slip can be reissued if a network problem interrupts delivery.
Slip records remain retrievable for 30 days from the date of issue so that you can download your slip again if it is lost. After that period the record is treated as expired and is no longer served through the retrieval tool.
Your details are used to generate and reissue your slip. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
You may request deletion of your record at any time by contacting support with the email address and Tax Identification Number used at checkout. Deletion removes your ability to retrieve the slip again.
